Miles began his Mash Stories journey as its first winner with Nearly Nine. He went on to submit for the rest of the year, landing another story, A Helping Hand on the shortlist and contributing to the blog, before joining the team as a judge. He hopes his critiques will help writers elevate their fiction as Mash Stories has helped elevate his.
When Miles isn’t writing for humans, he’s writing for computers. He spends his days as a web developer in the midwest. He spends his nights being a husband and father. Once the kids are asleep, Miles is either working out, watching TV with his wife (but in a real serious, connoisseur kind of way), reading or — of course — writing.
